Very motivating presentation.There are some questions appearing – why GA, LA is better for neuromonitoring, foraminotomy and foraminoplasty, the difference, why routinely steroids at the end of the procedure?Anyway, my question or suggestion is to connect all the pain physicians within WIP and create a special international endoscopic group with focus on endoscopy.
I m also a pain physician, performing lumbar endoscopies for 6 years (interlaminar, transforaminal, translaminar. I ve done more than 3000 cases, established certified education for pain specialists in our country (Slovakia) in endoscopies. Preparing to articles for print now: Spine surgeon vs Pain physician – comparison and the Overview of 3000 endoscopies; minimum 1y follow up. I d be really happy to support creating a strong community of pain physicians with endoscopy interest and sharing my experience.
