ASSR 25th Annual Symposium

It’s been quite a while since we gathered in real life for some scintillating spine symposiums. I want to invite you to join me in casting away your sweatpants, cleaning up, putting on real clothes, and finally talking to other humans without technology getting in the way. Please join me and the other adventurous creatures brave enough to leave their own pod and interact with others for the 25th Anniversary of the American Society of Spine Radiology in Austin, Texas, February 23-27, 2022.

Participants will once again return to the glory of live conferences and experience the wealth of education and training in diagnostic and interventional spine radiology that is unique to the ASSR by internationally recognized faculty and speakers. This year we will highlight the Past, Present, and Future of Spine Radiology, highlighting the tremendous strides we have made and the exciting innovations in future spine imaging and intervention. The relaxed Austin setting offers opportunities to not only learn but also network and foster collaborations with colleagues. We will open with our highly lauded Hands-on Interventional Workshop. The didactic program will follow with three and a half days of amazing diagnostic and interventional sessions covering topics from the clinical perspective of spine imaging and intervention to the challenges of spine anatomy, oncology, and trauma in both the adult and pediatric populations. Advanced techniques and innovations, such as machine learning, “fast” MRI, and augmented reality are just a few of the exciting topics this year’s ASSR symposium will cover.
